Spray Drying
Powder Processing & Technology, LLC provides contract powder spray drying services using rotary or nozzle atomization. We have a full range of spray dryers to handle any size toll powder processing requirement.
Slurry feedstock can be generated by us, or customer can supply pre-slurried material. We work with any ceramic or inorganic powder material and process using our top-of-the-line spray drying equipment to alter the size of a powder as well as blend additives into powders. Please contact us for more information on our spray drying services. PPT can classify spray dry output to your granule size distribution and potentially recycle off-size powder.

- Powder Processing Capabilities
- We are able to spray dry ceramic and inorganic powders down to 50 µm granule size. When altering the size of powders, we can create slurry or slurry can be provided to us. All additive mixing is performed with the highest level of precision for optimal repeatability. Our customers can rest assure that all spray dried powder materials will be of consistent quality and composition from batch to batch.

- At Powder Processing & Technology, our laboratory staff will analyze the granule size distribution of the spray dried powder as well as provide a variety of other testing services upon customer request.
