Powder Processing & Technology provides the equipment, facility, and manpower for complete powder toll processing, including wet grinding, toll milling, and toll classification. We have the ability to pelletize powders, mill down pellets to powders, mill powders down to 0.5 µm in size, and batch and blend various sized powder quantities. 

PPT can also batch, blend and classify materials to your requirements. All toll processing operations performed at our ISO 9001:2008 facility are fully documented and are overseen by our team of materials engineers. Depending on the size and complexity of the processing job, turnaround times for powder processing can be as short as one week.

Batches and blended powders can be stored or inventoried at our facility if necessary or we can provide a variety of shipping options including drop-shipping or third-party shipping.

Our in-house laboratory provides analytical testing capabilities for various powder properties, including moisture content, size distribution, contamination level, pH level, magnetic levels, and green strength. We will provide a certificate of analysis for all testing upon customer request.
